Thank you for shopping with Renaissance Revival! Below you will find information on how and when your order will arrive, estimated production timelines for our print‑on‑demand items, and other details that affect shipping costs and delivery.
1. Print‑on‑Demand Production Time
Many of our books, posters, journals, and other physical goods are made print‑on‑demand (POD) through carefully selected third‑party manufacturers. Because each item is produced especially for you, please allow an additional 2–5 business days (in most cases) for production before the order ships. During peak seasons or unforeseen supply‑chain disruptions, production times may extend slightly. We will notify you via email if we anticipate a significant delay.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Below are typical delivery windows after the item has finished production:
• United States (contiguous) — Standard: 3–7 business days; Expedited: 2–4 business days
• Canada — Standard: 5–10 business days; Expedited: 3–6 business days
• United Kingdom & European Union — Standard: 10–15 business days; Expedited: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — Standard: 10–15 business days; Expedited: 5–15 business days
• Rest of World — Standard: 10–20 business days; Expedited: 7–15 business days
Expedited shipping is not available for every product or destination.
Please note that these are estimates; actual transit times may vary due to carrier workload, customs processing, local holidays, or extreme weather.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight and dimensions of the items in your cart, and

Selected shipping speed (standard or expedited, when available).
Occasionally we offer free‑shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically or via a promo code.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains a mix of POD items and in‑stock items, they may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers (when available) and will not be charged extra beyond what was shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
When your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link (where available). Tracking may take up to 48 hours to populate after the label is created.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges once the package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. Renaissance Revival has no control over these amounts and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows no updates for 15 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), please contact us at contact@vocabbett.com so we can investigate and, if necessary, replace or refund your order.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs agencies, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you; additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
9. Changes or Cancellations
Because POD items often enter production quickly, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order after it is placed. If you need a change, email us immediately at contact@vocabbett.com, and we will do our best to help.
